Phillip Stamman, an accomplished attorney with a deep commitment to his clients, proudly runs a solo practice focused on personal injury cases throughout the Florida Panhandle. Here, clients work directly with Phillip—not paralegals—ensuring a hands-on, client-centered approach to every case. Whether it’s a soft tissue injury, spinal cord damage, or a traffic accident, Phillip delivers personalized representation with the attention and care his clients deserve. Licensed in Florida, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, he operates from his Panama City Beach office in Bay County, Florida. 

Originally from the suburbs south of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Phillip earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Bethel University and graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2012. He began his career as a managing partner at Southworth and Stamman, LLC in Wisconsin, tackling criminal law and child protection cases for the Department of Health and Human Services. In 2017, he relocated to Bay County, Florida, serving as a prosecuting attorney at the State Attorney’s Office, where he managed over 700 active cases with precision. Before founding Phillip Stamman PA, Phillip sharpened his personal injury skills at Perry & Young’s Panama City Beach office from 2019 to 2023, building a reputation for dedicated advocacy.

Phillip is active in the legal community with current and/or past memberships in the Florida Justice Association (FJA), Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), American Association of Justice (AAJ), Bay County Inn of Court, the Walton County Bar Association, and the Bay County Bar Association. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, exploring, hitting the beach, and spending time with friends—bringing the same energy to his life as he does to his practice.
